David James has been fortunate in his career to have worked at the highest of levels within the Catering Industry.
A career that spans thirty years, includes fifteen years working overseas on some five Continents. Over this period of time experience has been gained in countries as far a field as Australia, China, India, South Africa and Saudi Arabia.
With a background that stems from Five Star Deluxe operations, which includes having had the pleasure of cooking for various Heads of States and Royal Families.
He was educated at Humphry Davy Grammar School, Penzance, Cornwall
and then gained his City and Guilds at the Catering Faculty of Cornwall
Technical College. David's family have been resident in Cornwall
now for over forty years. He was a keen sportsman during his
youth and represented Cornwall as Captain of the Under 19 football
team.
Having worked on numerous Continents, he has qualified in being accepted as a life member into the prestigious Global Hoteliers Club.
Having returned to Cornwall and its community we are excited about our business becoming an asset to the County of Cornwall.
